Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love every Bhale Baala purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange from your account within the return window shown at checkout (from the date of delivery).

What you can raise a return for

  • Damaged — the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Size issues — the size doesn't fit; exchange for another size.
  • Wrong item — you received a different product than ordered.
  • Item delayed — your order arrived far later than expected.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags/labels intact.
  • Return eligibility can vary by product — check the "Returns & Exchange" section on each product page.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

How to request

Go to My Orders, open the delivered order, and choose Return / Exchange. Pick a reason, confirm the tags are intact, and submit. We'll notify you at every step via WhatsApp, SMS and email.
